The Challenge

As a Renewals Associate II, you are an emerging expert in renewal strategy and execution. You’ll manage a growing portfolio of customers, driving retention and ensuring high forecasting accuracy across each renewal. You’ll partner cross-functionally to deliver frictionless renewal experiences and proactively identify churn risks and expansion signals.

Your Mission

  • Own a mid-size to large portfolio within the Commercial Business Unit of customer renewals across various verticals and sizes, managing full-cycle renewals with increasing autonomy.
  • Leverage data and customer engagement insights to forecast renewal outcomes accurately and mitigate risk early.
  • Drive timely renewals by coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, with particular attention to expansion potential or complex contracts.
  • Manage contract negotiations in a consultative manner, aligned with company goals and customer value.
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience at renewal, communicating proactively and clearly with all stakeholders.
  • Partner with the forecasting and operations teams to refine renewal metrics and reporting accuracy.
  • Help coach and support Renewal Associates I, sharing best practices and renewal strategies.

You Are

  • A strong communicator who combines customer empathy with commercial acumen.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for precision and forecasting accuracy.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in fast-paced environments.

Your Experience Includes

  • 2+ years of renewal, sales, or customer-facing experience
  • Proven ability to manage renewal negotiations and forecasting in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Basic understanding of SaaS contracting and financial principles
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • BA/BS in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range

$52,500$78,750 USD
