Data Discovery & Governance IT certification
Course duration: One-week access: Anticipated duration is ~1 hour
The Data Discovery & Governance IT certification track is composed of two separate courses:
- Data Discovery & Governance Infrastructure
- Data Discovery & Governance Integrations & scan configuration
*NEW* This IT certification will be offered in a self-paced e-Learning format
- You will have a week-long access to the course. Course access begins Tuesday and runs through the following Monday.
- Cut-off for enrollment to the following Tuesday's course is the previous Friday afternoon at 3PM ET.
- When you enroll for the course(s), you will receive an email with course enrollment details the Monday afternoon (ET) prior to your access.
Infrastructure (expected duration: ~1 hour)
- Gain an in-depth analysis and understanding of how the OneTrust Data Discovery module connects to data sources via worker nodes to provide insight and produce metadata on the data within the data assets.
- Parties who attend this course should have experience with systems administration or systems engineering with open-source technologies such as Linux or other flavors of Unix.
- This course is oriented towards performing the deployment and developing an understanding of how the OneTrust Data Discovery worker node is deployed in practice.
Integrations & scan configuration (expected duration: coming soon)

If the deadline isn’t met you will be unenrolled from the course and exam, losing all progress. Session extensions are not possible. Reenrollment in another session will be required via www.onetrust.com/certifications.
