Winter Release 2026

Innovation doesn't wait.
And governance can't afford to either.

Our Winter 2026 release introduces AI-powered capabilities that automate manual reviews, embed governance into innovation platforms, and turn program data into real-time insight—helping teams move faster with confidence.

Accelerate actionable insights & assessment

OneTrust Copilot conversational analytics enables teams to quickly evaluate risk and identify next steps using their own program data.

Users can ask natural-language questions to assess risk, surface recommended actions, and generate clear reporting narratives—reducing manual analysis and strengthening oversight. This builds on Copilot’s existing insights from DataGuidance regulatory intelligence and the myOneTrust product knowledge base to help teams prioritize compliance and engage business and IT stakeholders with confidence.

Fast-track reoccurring assessments with AI Inventory Analysis

AI Inventory Analysis reduces manual effort and improves consistency across recurring risk assessments. OneTrust analyzes prior assessments tied to the same processing activity, asset, or vendor and auto-generates responses for reassessments—clearly flagging AI-completed fields for review, validation, and full audit traceability. Teams complete assessments faster, improve data quality, and maintain confidence with transparent, review-ready results.

Proactive AI monitoring

Agent Detection across AWS, Azure, and Google

As AI adoption accelerates, periodic audits and attestations are no longer sufficient to maintain visibility across AI initiatives. OneTrust now detects AI agents deployed in AWS Bedrock, Azure Foundry, and Google Vertex, centralizing models, decisions, outputs, and associated risks within the AI inventory. With detailed risk scoring, usage context, compliance tagging, and automated evidence collection, teams gain continuous oversight—enabling responsible innovation without sacrificing speed or regulatory alignment.

A digital interface displays a data graph for a customer support agent, showing interconnected nodes such as Cx Support Ticket Data, Cx Case Manager, and Gemini-3.0. The right panel lists agent details including name, organization, operating location, type, and status, with 'Active' highlighted in green. The setting is a modern software dashboard with a blue and green gradient background and clear, readable text.

Real-time guidance and guardrails

Reduce manual reviews and simplify compliance with AI Evidence Analysis.

Manual evidence reviews can be time-intensive and inconsistent. OneTrust AI Evidence Analysis dynamically updates validation criteria, scans diverse evidence types—including PDFs, images, Excel, and text files—and delivers a clear validation score with justification, identified gaps, and remediation guidance. Teams streamline compliance reviews, reduce technical complexity, and provide business contributors with proactive guidance to minimize rework.

Apply measurable, auditable AI guardrails aligned to Databricks best practices.

As AI systems scale across Databricks and other platforms, applying consistent controls and demonstrating alignment to frameworks like the EU AI Act and ISO 42001 can become complex and manual. OneTrust enables teams to scope governance to AI systems, apply cross-mapped controls aligned to 60+ global standards, and continuously track compliance from a centralized program view. This reduces compliance overhead, strengthens risk posture, and supports audit-ready AI governance across the enterprise.

Customer trust experiences

A digital interface displays the Trust Center's marketing preferences menu, featuring options such as Apples, Inc., Product and brands, Unsubscribe from all, Sustainability news, and Innovations and science. Toggle switches allow users to manage their subscription settings, with some options enabled and others disabled. The frequency selection at the bottom offers Daily and Monthly choices. The design uses a blue and green color palette with a clean, modern layout.

Modernize customer-facing privacy experiences with a unified Trust Center.

Customer privacy experiences are often fragmented across legacy consent and request portals, creating inconsistent journeys and operational complexity. In the Winter ’26 release, OneTrust strengthens the Trust Center as the centralized experience for consent, preferences, and privacy requests—replacing legacy portals with a consistent, accessible foundation. With greater configurability and streamlined deployment, teams can deliver transparent, branded experiences while maintaining governance alignment.
