California Age-Appropriate Design Code Act: What You Need to Know

Assembly Bill (‘AB’) 2273 for the California Age-Appropriate Design Code Act was signed, on 15 September 2022, by Governor Gavin Newsom, and will enter into effect on 1 July 2024. In particular, the bill introduces requirements for businesses that provide online services, products, or features likely to be accessed by a child.
