The Challenge
As the Manager of Corporate Strategy, you will serve as the right hand to the head of Corporate Strategy, with close proximity to the CEO, CFO, and executive team. You will be instrumental in the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our strategic planning process, ensuring that high-level strategy is efficiently translated into action. This role will also be responsible for operational support of executive team functions, such as executive meeting management, tracking key decisions and action items, and orchestrating pivotal in-person execution weeks. You will ensure clarity, alignment, and communication across all strategic initiatives in close partnership with the Bizops team.
This is a highly exposed and impactful role, offering you the opportunity to influence key decision-making processes, connect the dots across the organization, and directly contribute to shaping the company's future.
This is not just a support role—it’s an opportunity to work directly alongside the most senior leaders in the company and play a key role in defining and executing our strategy. You will have unparalleled exposure to executive decision-making, a hand in solving the company’s biggest challenges, and the ability to shape how we drive success. If you’re organized, ambitious, and love working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this role is for you.
Your Mission
As Corporate Strategy Manager, you will:
- Support the strategic planning process: Work closely with the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy to drive the operations behind strategic planning cycles. You’ll help track execution and ensure leadership meetings are efficient and effective.
- Own executive operations: Participate in executive team weekly meetings, manage notes, ensure key action items are communicated and tracked, and drive accountability around the company’s strategic priorities in partnership with the Bizops team.
- Design and orchestrate the corporate calendar: Help craft the annual corporate calendar, ensuring all major milestones, planning cycles, and executive sessions are mapped and executed flawlessly.
- Craft and lead in-person execution weeks: Ensure the monthly execution weeks are designed to address the company’s most complex problems, driving collaboration and decision-making through structured, well-led sessions.
- Collaborate across functions: Check in with directly responsible individuals (DRIs) and business operations teams to track key initiatives, flag misalignments, and ensure outcomes are being delivered.
- Prepare executive materials: Develop top-tier board presentations and executive reports, enabling leadership to communicate strategy effectively.
- Support goal-setting: Partner with HR and the CEO on the company-wide goal-setting process, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
- Facilitate communication: Act as the connective tissue across the leadership team, ensuring the right people are involved in decision-making processes. You’ll manage schedules, prepare agendas, and ensure clear communication across departments.
You Are
- Experienced: 2-3 years in management consulting, program management, strategy and operations, or a chief of staff role in a tech company.
- Operationally Minded: You understand business operations and can efficiently manage the logistical and operational needs of the executive team.
- A Strategic Executor: You have experience driving strategic planning and execution, keeping everyone focused on what matters most.
- Collaborative and Low-Ego: You work well across functions, have a low ego, and are driven by the success of the team, not individual recognition.
- Highly Organized: You excel at handling multiple priorities and keeping information flowing efficiently, ensuring the right people are connected at the right time.
- An Excellent Communicator: You’re able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and are known for building trust and strong relationships.
- Ambitious and Hungry: You thrive on solving tough problems, are eager to grow, and are intellectually curious.
Extra Impressive

Where we Work
OneTrust embraces a hybrid working model. Our Working@ OneTrust initiative is our way of clarifying where we hire, how we work together, and where we’re located in that hybrid model.
The underlying “why” for Working@ is that we are intentional about the culture that we want to create together. That includes bringing teams together, in-person, throughout the year to collaborate, build connections, learn from each other, and celebrate our wins to Finish Stronger.
We are committed to a flexible approach informed by a set of guiding principles. You’ll see that reflected in our worker designations: “Office-flex” and “Location-flex”.
- Office-flex: Like a traditional hybrid model, OneTrust “Office-flex” employees may be asked to work in an office periodically if they are within a commutable distance to a OneTrust office. This includes coming into the office for our Company Kickoff, Company All Hands, and other larger company events. Beyond that, we give our leaders and teams the flexibility to set additional guidelines based on the nature of your role.
- Location-flex: Similar to other companies’ remote policies, for OneTrust “Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.
Each role may have specific requirements, so we encourage you to verify the location of the role with your recruiter during your first interview.
Benefits
As an employee at OneTrust, you will be part of the OneTeam. That means you’ll receive support physically, mentally, and emotionally so that you can do your best work both in and out of the office. This includes comprehensive healthcare coverage, flexible PTO, equity stock options, annual performance bonus opportunities, retirement account support, 14+ weeks of paid parental leave, career development opportunities, company-paid privacy certification exam fees, and much more. Specific benefits differ by country. For more information, talk to your recruiter or visit onetrust.com/careers.
