The Challenge

The Product Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering high-impact enablement content and programs that drive deep understanding of our product portfolio across sales, and customer success. This role is focused on translating product strategy, features, and use cases into engaging, actionable learning experiences that improve confidence and performance in the field.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that sits at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and Field Enablement. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for helping others learn, and the ability to simplify complex information. Experience with technical enablement (e.g., supporting Solution Engineers or Professional Services teams) is a strong plus. Graphic design skills are also a plus to enhance visual impact and learning effectiveness.

 

Your Mission

  • Product Enablement Content Creation

    • Develop enablement assets such as product playbooks, battlecards, training decks, one-pagers, and FAQs that equip go-to-market teams with the knowledge to position and sell our solutions effectively.

    • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment to product strategy and roadmap.

    • Translate complex product features and capabilities into field-friendly language with clear customer value messaging.

  • Learning Program Development

    • Support the design and delivery of product training programs for onboarding, product launches, and ongoing learning.

    • Create knowledge checks, certifications, and interactive learning experiences through LMS platforms.

    • Partner with Field Enablement team members to ensure activation of Product Enablement to the Field

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Act as a key liaison between Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement to gather product insights and align on enablement needs.

    • Support the execution of product readiness plans across multiple GTM teams and segments.

  • Content Management & Optimization

    • Manage and organize product enablement content in Sharepoint, ensuring materials are current and easy to find.

    • Monitor content usage and feedback to drive continuous improvement in quality and impact.

You Are

  • 5-6 years of work experience in Sales, Training and/or L&D

  • 3+ years of experience in product enablement, product marketing, instructional design, or related GTM functions in a SaaS or technology company.

  • Proven ability to create enablement content that simplifies complex product concepts.

  • Strong project management skills with a bias for action and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Experience with LMS, CMS, or enablement tools 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical enablement (e.g., supporting Solution Engineers, Professional Services, or implementation teams).

  • Basic proficiency in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or PowerPoint) to develop visually engaging materials.

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC is a plus.

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range

$112,500$150,000 USD
