CNIL Cookies Countdown: How to Prepare Before April 1st

Resource Cookies GDPR

On 18 July the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) repealed its 2013 cookie recommendation and published updated guidelines based on elements from Article 5.3 of the e-Privacy Directive. The CNIL highlights key updates as a foundation for organizations to implement measures to demonstrate proof of compliance with GDPR requirements, as well as what is considered consent with browser settings, and audience measurements and trackers. In this webinar, we’ll deep-dive into the new guidelines and give an in-depth overview of solutions to help website owners achieve and maintain cookie compliance quickly and easily before April 1st.
