Culture & Values

OneTeam, one vision

Delivering on our mission through our culture and values

Living our values

Earning trust is at the center of our values and is the key to unlocking our full potential.

Earn trust

Earn trust in every interaction. That’s our core business. It’s our only business. Every great company, every great team, is built on a foundation of trust. It takes many consistent and positive interactions to build trust – and only one to break it.

Build OneTeam

We are at our best when we reject the notion of individual teams – we’re OneTeam. We embrace the collective power of our diverse backgrounds, diversity of thought and experiences. When we trust each other, we inspire, unlock, and multiply the impact of our exceptional OneTrust teammates.

Be curious

When you’re pioneering an entirely new category of software there’s no template to follow. We start with a natural curiosity – how can we make this better for our customers and society? When we turn curiosity into interest, interest into action, and action into insights and innovations, we stay one step ahead of the industry.

Unlock customer impact

When our customers trust us to solve their toughest trust issues, we show up ready to help, with a point of view. We win when our customers realize the full value of our platform – we don’t see it any other way. Customer success is everyone’s job no matter what team you’re on.

Step up, be accountable

We lean into ambiguity and love tackling complex problems. We lead with long-term solutions and avoid defaulting to easy short-term patches. We're not afraid to experiment, own our mistakes, and scale our successes.

Finish stronger

We always work hard to get the job done. We must celebrate our wins and recharge along the way. Celebrate and learn from our losses to set us up to win next time.

Our culture in action

Culture & Coffee

Every quarter, our executive leadership team hosts "Culture & Coffee," an informal meeting to provide updates on the employee experience and answer top-of-mind questions for our global team.

Values spotlight awards

These quarterly awards recognize teams across OneTrust that exemplify our company values while also making a significant impact on our customers, internal or external. Teams are peer-nominated and winners receive a team stipend to celebrate their accomplishments and "finish stronger."

Employee Appreciation Week

While we at OneTrust appreciate all that our employees do every day, we take time to formally celebrate our teams during Employee Appreciation Week. We host a series of themed events across our global offices, as well as virtually, which include volunteering and giving back to our local communities.
