The safety of our employees, customers and community is our top priority, and OneTrust is actively monitoring developments around the COVID-19 epidemic.

OneTrust remains 100% operational and foresee no impact to the delivery of our services or our ability to support our customers. While we’ve restricted both international and domestic travel and are enabling our employees to work from home, our workforce remains fully equipped to deliver our services from pre-sales throughout implementation to any customer in the world remotely.

In addition, OneTrust has a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management plan that specifically focuses on maintaining our service availability in the event of an unforeseen interruption. We regularly test this plan and update it to protect our customer’s environments as much as is possible.

We want to help our customers get the most value out of our platform, and launched two free services:

  • Free Online OneTrust Professional & Expert Certification: For the first time, our Professional and Expert certification courses are now available online. These live, instructor-led courses are available both at an overall platform level and as a deep-dive into a specific product module. Register for OneTrust Certification
  • Free Virtual OneTrust Health Checks: Customers can now request a free remote Health Check with the OneTrust Customer Success team. Our team will review platform setup, talk through best practices and provide recommendations to improve overall OneTrust experience. Sign up for a Health Check
