For basic or non-sensitive request, send a one-time use access code to validate ownership of the email or phone number.

CONFIRM KNOWN USER INFO

Ask the user for information only they would know. For example: order number, member ID, etc.

EXISTING USER LOGIN

This option cannot be forced, but can be an option for users who agree.

3RD PARTY ID VALIDATION

Integrate with identity validation technologies. For example, Experian.
