Science-Based Target Initiative

We’ve signed on to the Science-Based Target initiative. We’ll use their methodology to set an ambitious, science-backed, and trustworthy net-zero goal.

Advancing Sustainable Business

We are a Participant of the United Nations Global Compact initiative. Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world. We are proud to join thousands of companies globally committed to taking responsible business action to create the world we all want.

Building Trust Into Our Diverse and Inclusive Culture

Winning teams are built on trust, and trust comes from mutual respect. We know that we can strengthen trust among our colleagues by cultivating a culture of a respect for diversity, inclusion and uniqueness. Our CEO Kabir Barday is an advocate for employee-led programs that make OneTrust a place where everyone can contribute their talents to our growth.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council

The OneTrust DE&I Council was formed in 2020 with the belief that the key to OneTrust’s continued success is our commitment to building globally diverse teams that fuel an inclusive and innovative environment. In a company where creative ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds are celebrated, the Council’s goal is to inspire people to be their most authentic selves, because that’s what makes our teams uniquely unique. The DE&I Council was created to represent five areas of focus: Policy & Governance, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, Employee Change Advocacy, and Culture of Belonging. 

The Council has enabled the launch of Employee Trust Groups; facilitated a community grant making process; provided strategic input to DE&I programs, including a restructured unlimited PTO policy designed to encourage community events, volunteerism, self-learning, and support mental health. To promote inclusivity, any employee with an interest in advancing the Council’s goals is invited to self-nominate for a one-year term of service.

Employee Trust Groups

All OneTrust employees are invited to join Employee Trust Groups, where advocates, allies and interested teammates can build community, host events and participate in learning and networking opportunities that strengthen our OneTrust culture. 

[email protected]: The mission of the BLACK@OneTrust ETG is to create an inclusive space to bolster the voices of OneTrust team members from the African diaspora in order to empower, collaborate, and build community. [email protected] is committed to the cultivation and development of employees across departments, locations, job functions, and organizational structure.  

[email protected]: OneTrust established our [email protected] ETG to strengthen our global community of women and their allies in technology. We serve to equip and empower the women of OneTrust to be successful through member development, continued education, recruiting, and social events to foster a truly inclusive culture of support for women in technology.  

Transparency and Trust in Our ESG Management and Reporting

OneTrust is a software company, which means that privacy and security are material issues for our business according to SASB standards. We take great pride in our leadership in both areas. As we produce our own ESG disclosures, we’ll draw upon our relationships with CDP and the Value Reporting Foundation to use best-practice standards for sustainability reporting.
