Austria DSB rules on Analytics Complaint: The implications on data transfers

On 13 January 2022, None of your business (‘NOYB’) announced that Austrian data protection (DSB) issued a decision as part of 101 complaints and found an EU website operator in violation of Article 44 of the GDPR for exporting personal data to Google LLC, through ongoing use of Google Analytics without ensuring an adequate level of protection.
