Utah Consumer Privacy Act law book

The Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) was the fourth comprehensive state privacy law to be passed in the US. The UCPA will take effect on December 31, 2023 and aims to give consumers enhanced protection over the use of their personal information by requiring businesses to honor and fulfill new consumer rights, comply with a range of new responsibilities, and develop robust privacy notices, among other things.
