OneTrust is offering existing customers a virtual process and system health check with a member from our Customer Success team. During the Health Check, we review your deployment of the OneTrust platform, share our best practices learned from the field, and recommend configuration improvements to help automate and improve your workflows. Our team will also analyze your platform setup, train any new team members on the tool, walk you through product updates since your initial implementation, and help troubleshoot any issues you may have encountered.
What’s Included in the Virtual Health Check and How Does It Work?
An experienced OneTrust Customer Success consultant will perform the Health Check alongside your team and bring their experience from similar implementations to share best practices.
Virtual Health Check
Review Platform Settings
Walk through system configurations including organizational hierarchy, user roles, and technical platform settings such as SSO, SMTP, SCIM and more. Make adjustments during the Health Check or at later time.
Optimize Your Workflows
Review your current configurations and work with a consultant to find areas to automate manual processes and review common use cases and best practices to optimize your system setup.
Recent Product Updates
Learn about new features and products available in the OneTrust platform since your initial implementation, and work with a consultant to setup in your environment and train any new team members.
Health Check Final Report
Receive a written report post Health Check with current platform processes, suggestions to improve those processes and any configuration changes made in your OneTrust platform
