US “draftequacy” – what should companies be doing now?

The European Commission has issued a draft adequacy decision for the United States per the EU US Data Privacy Framework. The road to EU approval is still long and will stop at the EDPB; Max Schrems has already said NOYB would challenge the decision. But what should companies be doing now?
